Program Description

The Lewis University English as a Second Language Program offers intensive English Language courses in an individualized setting with small classes of 6 to 12 students taught by experienced, professional faculty holding advanced degrees. Courses include Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, Grammar, Culture, Sentence and Paragraph, Advanced Lecture Comprehension and Notetaking, and Essay, among others. This program is excellent for those seeking preparation for admission to a degree program in the United Statesas well as for those seeking business-level English Language training. On campus housing is available. The office of International Student Services offers cross-cultural activities and excursions. Lewis University is a Catholic, Lasallian University offering more than 60 degree programs at the Associates, Bachelors, and Masters degree levels.

On-campus housing is available providing double ($1, 750 per semester) or single ($2, 075 per semester) rooms. Summer residence is $65 per week. Three meal plans available: $65 a week; $78.33 a week; $91.66 a week.
