The English Language Institue of Howard Community College is a full time intensive English study program for students who want to advance their English. Our program takes a well-balanced intergrated approach of teaching English that emphasizes both academic and conversational English. Each semester, classes focus of various area of English as grammar, reading, writing, listening, conversation and pronunciation.
