For online English lessons, first I provide a free consultation to determine your level according to the CEFRL (The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). For additional Academic Skills, the focus is on Essay, Thesis or Dissertation Writing, Editing, Research (finding, summarizing and evaluating credible sources), Sentence, Paragraph and Essay Structure, Grammar, Punctuation, Spelling, Accurate Citations and making Arguments more persuasive.
Business lessons can include Business English, Oral Communications and instruction on debating, meeting simulation, phoning, etc.
In terms of my teaching method I take the role of facilitator and use the highly praised flipped classroom method to cultivate value added learning. Rather than a lecture in a passive classroom, students process material outside of the online lesson and then participate in facilitated interactive activities and conversation during the lesson to reinforce the learning outcomes.
