Main Downtown Campus is located at the bustling intersection of Yonge / Bloor, one of the safest and most prosperous areas in the City of Toronto. Our neighbour, the Toronto Reference Library, the biggest public library in the City, is the ideal place for you to study, and do research. The University of Toronto, is only 10 minutes walk from here, convenient for you to learn what the most prestigious university in Canada has to offer. Close by is the posh area of Yorkville, home to all the upscale boutiques and restaurants of Toronto as well as many celebrity sightings.
Upon the students™ arrival, they will be given an English assessment test and placed in their appropriate level. Mornings will consist of 4 hours of our ESL fundamentals class. ESL fundamentals teaches all the skills required to obtain English language proficiency such as vocabulary, reading, writing, grammar, and oral skills. The course content and emphasis on certain skills will vary based on each level. Also, during the activities and outings, students are encouraged to learn English in different Canadian settings. After completing the course, students are presented with a Certificate and have the ability to talk freely with native speakers on a daily basis.The Summer ESL Program provides a full itinerary of exciting events during the afternoons after class.
All students will stay with Canadian Families around our school area. Students who have family or friends in Toronto and would like to stay with them during the program.
