VIA is located in downtown Victoria. It is close to shops, museums, theatres, the Government Legislature, and the Inner Harbour. It is on all the major bus routes and is easily accessible by bus, bicycle, or foot.

VIA offers ESL, Business English, TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, and a Co-op / Internship programs. All our teachers are TESL Canada-certified and VIA is a member of Languages Canada. VIA is a TOEFL and CAEL Assessment Test Centre, and registered with the Province of BC. VIA Training Centre has two TESL Canada-accredited TESL programs.
