The program exists in almost every part of the nation.
The International Academic Assistance Program conducts official English classes inside of state and federal universities and technical institutes in Mexico for the purpose of preparing professionals to work in U.S. industries located in Mexico via NAFTA. Using an innovative teaching technique developed by I.A.A.P. research and program planning, the course has steadily grown until now it covers most of northern and central Mexico. In most institutions the course is obligatory and is a requirement to receive a degree.
I.A.A.P. maintains a network of houses near to campuses for external students to rent.
