Description

All students participate in outdoor sports, including skiing, snowboarding, soccer, hiking, rock climbing, and mountain biking. Students ski or snowboard daily at Squaw Valley USA, home of the 1960 Olympics, with thirty ski lifts two kilometers from school. Lake Tahoe is 8km from the campus. Soccer students also enjoy an international-sized field behind campus and our two years of League Champions.

Squaw Valley Academy is a university-preparatory boarding school at Lake Tahoe, California. We enroll students who need the structure of small class size, evening study halls, and daily athletics such as skiing and snowboarding as a reward for academic achievement. All international students have full English immersion by sharing a dormitory room and regular classes with American students. We are a boarding...

We are a boarding school. All students live on campus in a dormitory room. International students share a room with an American student. Each room has a private bath.
