30 East Lake Street Chicago, Illinois 60601
Our eleven story high rise campus in the center of downtown Chicago is only three blocks from beautiful Lake Michigan; it houses over 8000 full and part-time students, enrolled in day and evening programs each semester.
Our students come from all parts of the globe, with almost 70 countries represented. Students include professionals, such as doctors, accountants, professors, journalists, engineers, international business people and renowned artists.
Although many of our international students start with ELL classes, they also study in a variety of academic fields such as chemistry, business, computer science, hospitality, and art. Some are working to advance their careers; others are students planning for future undergraduate study and/or the TOEFL test; some are new immigrants trying to adapt to and succeed in American society. They choose to study at HWC because of the exciting, multi-media teaching techniques, the highly qualified educators, the many support services, and the extracurricular activities.
