Accredited by ACCET, we are an English School founded in 1987 with the purpose of providing English as a Second Language (ESL) education to international students in a communicative, student-centered environment. At LSI we provide high-quality language programs designed to build students’ skills and self-confidence when communicating in English in either academic or professional situations.
We have four locations in Southern California: Downtown Los Angeles, Northeast Los Angeles (in Pasadena), South Bay Los Angeles (in Torrance), and Orange County.
Whether you want to be close to the beach or in the city, we have a location for you, near convenient public transportation. Each school is located in a uniquely different neighborhood, all surrounded by interesting attractions and plenty of things to do.

Located in Placentia, our Orange County Center is marked by a strong public safety, and educational and tourist areas in the nearby cities of Fullerton and Anaheim. California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), Fullerton College, Disneyland Resort, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Brea Mall, The Outlets at Orange, and the beaches of Newport, Laguna, and Huntington are popular surrounding spots.
