Accredited by ACCET, we are an English School founded in 1987 with the purpose of providing English as a Second Language (ESL) education to international students in a communicative, student-centered environment. At LSI we provide high-quality language programs designed to build students’ skills and self-confidence when communicating in English in either academic or professional situations.

We have four locations in Southern California: Downtown Los Angeles, Northeast Los Angeles (in Pasadena), South Bay Los Angeles (in Torrance), and Orange County.

Whether you want to be close to the beach or in the city, we have a location for you, near convenient public transportation. Each school is located in a uniquely different neighborhood, all surrounded by interesting attractions and plenty of things to do.

Our Downtown Los Angeles Campus is located on Wilshire Boulevard which runs east to west from downtown Los Angeles through Beverly Hills to the ocean in Santa Monica. Other popular spots around this are Universal Studios, Dodger Stadium, Staples Center, The Grove, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and University of Southern California (USC).
