we celebrate 20 years of work and dedication to our mission of Teaching English to International students so that they can continue their education to American Colleges and Universities we express our gratitude to all of the faculty and staff members, our partners and agents, our accrediting organizations (CEA and ACCET) from whom we learned so much throughout the accreditation process; and most of all we thank our students who believe in our Program, study hard, work toward the achievement of their high educational goals. We are grateful to both Oklahoma City, OK and Dallas, TX communities that have embraced our students as homestays or officials guiding them to successful acculturation in new environments.

Educational and Cultural interactions
Educational and Cultural Interactions (ECI) was founded in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1996. ECI English Language Program exists to serve international students by preparing them for the academic, social, and cultural challenges of life in American colleges and universities. Students 16 and older are welcome to attend the program.
ECI English language Program (the campuses in Oklahoma and Texas) is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), and the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA). ECI is a member of American Association of Intensive English language Programs (AAIEP). ECI is approved by the State Regents of Higher Education of the State of Oklahoma.
ECI English Language Program offers an academic curriculum and exceptional student services. ECI English Language Program has qualified instructors who hold Master's degree in TESOL or Linguistics or related field with minimum of two years ESL teaching experience.
ECI campuses deliver one curriculum and apply one unified assessment procedure to measure student progress.
ECI works with many universities to assist the students as they transition from language studies to university studies.
