ELS/Kenosha opened its doors for the first time in August 2016 on the campus of University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha, Wisconsin! We have created a strong and supportive community of learners. UW-Parkside is a prestigious institution of about 5,000 students, is one of 13 institutions within the University of Wisconsin system. Only thirty miles from Milwaukee to the north and sixty miles from Chicago to the south, this idyllic campus is set on 700 acres of natural Wisconsin prairies and woodland but also offers opportunities for you to explore these nearby large metropolitan areas. UW-Parkside offers 37 majors, 40 minors, multiple certificates and pre-professional programs. All four seasons are experienced and can be enjoyed with special activities taken place throughout the year. Skiing and tubing in the winter, beach and Six Flags Great America in the summer, along with concerts and harvest festivals in the autumn, and baseball games in the spring time.
