Thousands of students come to California every year to study English, but very few discover an authentic experience. California Language Academy was founded on the idea that language is living and vibrant. It must be experienced in order to be fully appreciated and understood. We believe that learning a language is achieved through hands-on, real world practice.
At California Language Academy, we are passionate about getting to know each person who walks through our doors and we go out of our way to create a warm and personalized classroom experience. That’s what makes us different! Students can also enjoy engaging in after-school activities to ensure that they continue learning and applying their skills. We are an intimate, student-focused, ACCET-accredited, SEVP approved language school with two Southern California locations. The surrounding area is home to wonderful neighborhoods and we take great care to select only the most caring homestay families so that each student is fully immersed and benefits from a genuine community.

American Homestay
$265 per weekAccommodation is one of the most important parts of a student’s study abroad experience with us. We personally manage our homestays to ensure a quality, immersion experience. Students can choose to live with a caring American Homestay or in a residence in Downtown San Diego.
