Description
Nationalities Service Center offers inexpensive ESL classes taught by experienced, dedicated teachers for all levels year round. NSC has been serving immigrants and refugees in the Philadelphia area for almost 100 years. Classes typically meet twice a week for 10 weeks in day and evening sessions. During the Covid-19 crisis we are hosting small-group, personalized online classes using the Zoom app.
We use an integrated skills approach widely utilized in contemporary education at the school and university level. By integrating all language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary) we ensure that students learn the whole of the language rather than specific pieces in isolation.
