Since 1983, The Language Company has provided superior English instruction and cultural exchange to students worldwide. As part of our family, you will meet students from faraway places and make many new friends.

All programs at The Language Company are grounded in pedagogically sound principles of second language acquisition and the development of academic literacy in English as a second language. These principles are infused into all classes, across all levels, and in all language domains of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

TLC selects instructors who are both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about formal instruction, delivered in the classroom, and less formal instruction, such as discussion groups and off-campus trips. Our quest for continuously improving the quality of TLC instruction at all centers is supported by opportunities for Professional Development at both the center and corporate levels.

Programs at each TLC center support our larger Mission Statement by addressing the needs of all students and supporting the broader curriculum parameters of The Language Company as a whole. The Language Company also values the accreditation of all of our centers and the maintenance of that accreditation with ACCET.

TLC-Edmond Homestay

725 for four weeks

Students who choose a TLC homestay will have the ability to complete a survey to place them with the best possible option in Edmond. Our homestays must complete a thorough application process to guarantee our students' satisfaction. They are as passionate about learning about their students' culture as they are about sharing American culture with their students. Homestay accommodations guarantee a private room, transportation, and 17 meals a week.
