AIU is located on a beautifully wooded, 160 acre campus in a safe, clean suburban San Diego community within 20 minutes driving from San Diego's world famous beaches, bays, shopping malls, downtown areas, zoos aquatic parks, and international border.

is a year-round program offering six levels; courses focus on reading, writing, listening and speaking skills along with a lab class that utilizes computers/CD-ROM to incorporate all coursework. Students in level 6 can take university courses at AIU.
