ECIW is located on the 51 hectare Mills College campus in suburban Oakland, California. Mills is located in the San Francisco Bay area, 25 minutes from San Francisco, 20 minutes from Berkeley, and 40 minutes from Stanford University. The S.F. Bay area is famous for its cosmopolitan culture, world-class restaurants and shops, and mild climate.

4-week summer and 8-week fall/spring sessions of English for academic preparation and English for vocational preparation, 16-week university preparation course, semester (16-week), extended semester (24-week), and academic year (32-week) programs with 5 levels of language proficiency--beginning to university and career preparation.
