The Pacific English Language Institute is located on the central coast of California, midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, in beautiful and safe San Luis Obispo. San Luis Obispo is a friendly college town with some of the best weather in the United States all year round. Pacific Ocean beaches are located 15 minutes from the campus.

P.E.L.I. Offers 5 (9-week) terms during the year. The intensive English programs cover both oral and written skills. P.E.L.I. Offers a full advising service and college placement. P.E.L.I.'s teachers are specially trained in ESL. All full-time instructions have M.A. degrees in TESL or the equivalent.
