Newschool is located in Christchurch ,New Zealand. We are close to the beaches and the mountains. We have all the fantastic things that cities in New Zealand have and we travel all around the South Island on activities with the students.

We offer special deals for skiers and snowboarders to come and study our great english course and go to the mountain also. Our teachers are fun and the school is small. We are located in two areas, one is very close to the mountains , the other in the city. Newschool is a lot of fun and also a great learning experience. See you in New Zealand!!

Housing Options

Flatting: It's like an...

Flatting: It's like an appartment that you share with others of any nationality. You have your own room but must pay all the costs such as telephone, power and gas, although some furniture is provided. You usually cook your own meals and buy your own food. This option gives you greater independance and freedom than a homestay option and allows you to mix with friends your own age and have a lot of fun.Cost: $100 per week plus $120 placement fee (pay once only)

Homestay:Homestay is where you have a room in a house of a typical New Zealand family. The homestay family is like your New Zealand family. You eat meals and share the house the same as the other family members. You dont have to worry about most of your food costs and other household expenses because they are included in the price. Cost: $180 per week plus $120 placement fee (pay once only)

Meals:

Flat $100/Week NZD, Homestay $180/week NZD.
